Hi everyone, I just ordered a new Ardore oven so I thought I would stop in here and say Hi. I have been making pizza for over 40 years but my focus has been (for the most part) NY street slice style. I live in the US (in the PNW now) but grew up in NYC.

When my new oven gets in I’ll let everyone here know how I’m using it. I plan to do some NP and NY style along with roasting some veggies.

If anyone wants any help with NY style I’m happy to share what I have learned along the way.

I also have an online dough, sauce and cheese calculator that works on any platform or operating system – from phones to tablets, laptops and PCs. Best of all it is free to use….

See you all later – Ciao

My new Adore oven is on its way to my house – I thought I would post some pies I made last night – NY street slice style. If anyone would like help with making this style just let me know.

The two pies I made last night, 1st was a vegan for my wife (which was really good). It had sliced black olives, thin sliced sweet onions, mushrooms, pizza peppers (from our garden), artichokes, Miyoko’s mozzarella (vegan cheese), and arugula post bake. She made her own sauce and it was the best!

2nd was a three cheese blend with some tiny Delallo pepperoni – both were 18 inch pies. Details in my calculator notes section.

Since I do not see a way to insert images (or edit my posts) I ‘ll paste in a link to the pizzas below.
